What Is An Asbestos Management Survey?
As the standard survey for buildings, these are carried out on a property to investigate if there is any asbestos present. If there is, then recommendations can be made to remove or manage any ACMs (Asbestos Containing Materials).
Any building that has been built before 1999 needs to have an asbestos survey carried out. This is because after this the use of the material in construction was banned in the UK. The aim of this type of survey is to make sure no harm comes from any ACMs and that if there are any present these are in a good condition and are not accidentally disturbed.
Health and Safety People specialises in asbestos surveys for a wide variety of building types, encompassing businesses, government bodies and domestic properties.
